Casey Stoner out matches in Malesia

Casey Stoner showed wonderful form, dominating yesterday's Sepang race, surpassing expectations of even the most experienced motoGP fan with  his daring and skill. Despite Casey's mid-season ilness and subsequent 3 race absence, he holds third in the championship just 25 behind Lorenzo. It was a pity  for our Jorge Lorenzo who due to a technicality, was obliged to start from the back of the grid. Jorge showed just why he is number 2 this season, eventuallty finishing fourth behind teammate and newly crowned  champion, Rossi. Marco Melandri remains in seventh position in the overall  standing thanks to a good eight placing. In the 250cc class we have to register  Mattia Pasini's fall that ended his race. Portimao, Superbike: last race undertone both for Carlos Checa and Matteo Baiocco. Both of them fell off in race two. In race one instead they obtained respectively seventh and ninth place. At the end of the championship the overall standing sees Carlos achieve seventh place.  The great Xavier Simeon wins again in Superstock 1000. Whilst claims Aitchinson eighth place in Supersport.
