DONINGTON SUPERBIKE: A SUPER WARRIOR DEFENDS THE NOLANGROUP COLORS!

The Donington round, without the Supersport that will return in Austria, saw only one warrior defending the Nolan Group colors.

Chaz Davies, also injured, has really given his all in three races that have seen him protagonist but that perhaps have not rewarded him as he deserved due to a sore shoulder that even forced him to change his driving position and the whole setting on his Ducati.

We wish Chaz to recover soon! For this reason, the short holiday before the Assen Round on 23 july will be providential.

In the meantime, however, you too will be on vacation. Will you let us know something? Photos, videos, travel notes. You know we are greedy for these things!

CHAZ DAVIES RACE1: 11th

"Tough Race today, obviously conditions were tricky in the beginning and then got quite good, even better than we expected. Unfortunately it didn’t help the physical site, so for me it was a little bit of a survival race to try to set a constant pace, but not overwork myself to not finish the race. I just felt very behind the bike, I was not able to ride as I normally would. Anyway we got a few points, that’s positive at least. Hopefully we can feel a little bit better tomorrow!”

CHAZ DAVIES RACE2: 7th

"I am really happy with Race 2. I felt physically better on the bike, still struggling, but definitively, at least, had enough to be able to fight till the end of the race, which was what it has been missing in yesterday race and a bit even in the Superpole Race this morning. I am happy with our road, I had a few comments after the race, that maybe if I was physically fit a little bit better earlier in the weekend, I would have highlighted it a bit earlier. I think we did a good job, we had a good salvage of the weekend, considering our situation. It is positive as an anticipation of Assen!"
