Privacy Policy
The Company Nolangroup S.p.A. would herewith like to inform you that on 19th July 2012, by merger deed stipulated by Notary Jean – Pierre Farhat in Bergamo, the company Nolan Helmets S.p.A. with legal office in Valbrembo 24030 (BG) via Leonardo da Vinci, 36 VAT number 02043140165, with legal effect from 1st August 2012, will be absorbed, through a merger transaction, by the company Opticos S.r.l.. By this deed the merging company Opticos S.r.l. will change its legal form and its name as follows:

In consideration of the above, as from 1st August 2012, Nolagroup S.p.A., will take up all rights and obligations of the company Nolan Helmets S.p.A. and of the company Opticos S.r.l., carrying on all the legal, business, financial, pleading and contractual relationship previous to the merger and to the Change of Company’s legal form and Company’s name.
Pursuant to the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/03 (Privacy Policy), Nolangroup S.p.A will furthermore take over the ownership of the personal data, subject already treated by the absorbed company Nolan Helmets S.p.A. and by the company Opticos S.r.l., where aims and terms of the Privacy Policy remain unchanged.
