MOTOGP: A DIFFICULT ASSEN BRINGS POINTS AND PLACINGS TO OUR RIDERS!

The fact that Alex Rins and Danilo Petrucci came out of the top ten does not give justice to the race of the two Nolan Group riders, who were really unlucky and did their best to do well on a difficult track like the Dutch one.

Unfortunate races and a series of events deprived the two of a result more suited to their potential but it is nothing compared to the misfortune of Aron Canet who ha podium pace but instead finished out when he was having a leading role.

MotoGP now goes on vacation. Qhat about you? After watching so much motorcycling, it's time for practice. We look forward to your photos and experiences on our social channels. Few things we like more than you sharing your passions with us!

MOTOGP:

ALEX RINS: 11th

"I was very unlucky today because I made an incredible start and I felt able to fight for the Top 3 or 4, I was with the lead group. Then in Turn 10 I went in like normal, when another rider arrived very fast and his winglet hit my arm, so the only thing I could do was pick up the bike to avoid crashing. If I hadn’t been there he would have run off for sure, but instead he hit me. But this situation was out of my hands, so I just had to try and do my best after that. My race pace was good and it allowed me to climb up to 11th. It’s a shame to have another race with unlucky circumstances, I’ve been fast in a lot of races but I’ve had crashes and incidents that have prevented me getting good results, but now we’ll go into the break and come back stronger and more ready for part two."

DANILO PETRUCCI: 13th

"At the end, we have been able to score some points. It was a difficult race, because at the beginning I had to recover many positions and I had a lot of fights. I maybe used the rear tyre too much and was not able to stick with Brad (Binder) in front of me. But anyway, regarding the fact that I had to start from P18, it was good to finish the race and get some points. I gave my best. For sure we have to improve Qualifying for the next races."

MOTO2:

ARON CANET: DNF

"It was a very complicated race: since I came out of the pits with the new tire, I have spoken with my technician because he had a very strange front‘ chattering ’. I thought it was because the rubber was cold, but when I started the race and I was in the lead, the front rubber started to bounce a lot. It's something that had never happened to me. I tried to give 100%, fighting against the bike because it was difficult for me to brake hard or turn. We had the rhythm to fight for the podium."
