MOTOGP JEREZ: DIFFICULT RACE BUT THERE'S ANOTHER PODIUM FOR NOLANGROUP!

The Jerez weekend was all uphill for the Nolan Group riders. Alex Rins had complicated qualifying and an equally difficult and unsatisfactory race while Manuel Gonzalez, due to an arm problem, had to give up fighting with the best when he was having a good race.

Aron Canet, on the other hand, arrived even injured, with a fracture in his arm that kept him suspended until the last moment, while Aldeguer went out for a contact in which he was innocent. Everyone, however, gave their best and even Canet managed to get on the podium after also playing for the victory.

In two weeks it's still Europe, with the Lemans GP. It will be time for a rematch that can be enjoyed live. France is a beautiful destination to reach by motorbike. How about?  Do we meet in Le Mans?

ALEX RINS: 19th

"I suffered quite a lot at the start, and I had riders all around me. On the first two corners I had some close calls with other riders and I had to be careful. Then when I settled into the race I didn’t feel much stability on the front. At Turn 11 I had a fast run-off after losing the front, and I’m glad I saved it, but I just didn’t have a good feeling so I couldn’t gain enough places following that. I feel disappointed because I wanted to have a nice race here in Spain, but let’s move onwards and upwards."

ARON CANET: 2nd

That was one of the most difficult races of my life, after a difficult week after the operation. I am very happy about the race, because we've done a great job during the whole weekend. Thank you to my girlfriend for staying here with me, to Alcaria, to Luis, to David Sanchis, to my team, thank you to my fan club for supporting me at Jerez and thanks to everybody for  supporting me during this super difficult week.

MANUEL GONZALEZ: 16th

"I am not satisfied about today's race. I thought and i know I could do better, I had a good feeling with the bike even if it was moving a bit in the front part.

I was riding alone, pretty confident, with quite a good rhythm and I was in the eleventh position.

Unfortunately, after half race more or less, I started to lose strength in my right arm. I don't know why but I wasn't strong enough to finish well the race and I was losing almost a second per lap at the end. During the last lap, it was almost impossible to brake and all the riders fighting with me overtook myself at the last corner, pushing me outside. It's a shame because I had a good feeling all the weekend. I'm looking forward for the next GP weekend, always trying to improve."
