Congratulations to winners and runner ups ... but above all, congratulations to our guys who have raced throughout the season with so much desire & commitment. They have had many up & downs throughout the season but ultimately have achieved so much.
2018 starts right away with tests, we will expect the same levels of effort & commitment that we have seen consistently throughout the 2016/17 season.
The end of the season also marks the end of the X-802RR being the official MotoGP helmet, as it is now the exciting new X-803 helmet! We look forward to seeing it in use, not only on our riders but also all of our customers!

ALEX RINS 4th
“Overall it has been a good weekend. We have been improving in each session and we qualified directly to Q2. In the qualifying I expected to get a better position, but otherwise it went well. We had a good pace in the warm-up and I was convinced that I could have a good race. At the start I made a mistake and lost positions, so I had to push from the first lap and try to recover. I think it's a good way to close the season. Now I'm thinking about the training on Tuesday to start working for next year”
MICHELE PIRRO 9th
“At the start it was an enjoyable race for me because I was fighting with the top guys. Then the soft front tyre limited me a bit and when I saw that Dovi and Jorge had crashed out I tried to bring home the best possible result for Ducati. I’m disappointed about that, but this year we proved that we could fight for the world title and so we will start next year even stronger. I want to thank Ducati, Andrea and Jorge because together we’ve had an incredible season.”
MOTO2
HAFIZH SYAHRIN 6th
"I am happy to be able to finish the race 6th and collected 10 more points. My final World Championship standing is 10th overall with a total of 106 points. The race was good in the beginning but fizzled a bit towards the end. The front end grip was less and kept losing for a low side. I decided to control the pace to avoid crashing. Otherwise, it was a good race for me.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank PETRONAS, all sponsors, fans, team members, family and friends for all the support given throughout the year. Next year 2018, will be a new challenge for me and hopefully I will still receive the same support as I always gets from everyone involved. Thank you!"

ENEA BASTIANINI 5th
"I'm happy for the race we've done. In the beginning I tried to pull very hard to be with the first, but I saw that it was not possible. I have insisted, at least to escape from those who came behind. I pushed the tires a lot and at the end of the race I really went to the limit; but I'm happy to have finished ahead and say goodbye with a race like that of the Estrella Galicia 0,0 team, which has treated me really well. This season I have been taught a very good and intense method of work, and to remain focused at all times. I would have liked to be able to dedicate them a podium, but it has not been possible even though I have given the maximum."
