To unveil it, Carmelo Ezpeleta - Dorna CEO with Danilo Petrucci, Alex Rins & Michele Pirro Misano, 8th September - During the 12th Grand Prix of the season, Nolangroup held the international unveiling, in the MotoGP VIP Village™, of its new X-lite X-803 racing helmet, in its most exclusive version (with high carbon content), called ULTRA CARBON, with MotoGP graphics.
The Company, based in Bergamo (Italy), is the FIM MotoGP World Championship’s sole worldwide licensee for producing helmets.
In addition to the Nolangroup board of directors, the unveiling also included Carmelo Ezpeleta (Dorna CEO), Danilo Petrucci, Alex Rins & Michele Pirro, Nolangroup's MotoGP ambassadors.
The following Moto2 and Moto3 riders were also present: Enea Bastianini, Jakub Kornfeil from Moto3, Hafizh Syahrin, Remy Gardner and Danny Kent from Moto2.
“We have always been a Made in Italy brand and, for us, the new X-803 ULTRA CARBON MotoGP represents another goal in the world of racing. That’s why we have chosen the San Marino GP at Misano, a temple to Italian motorcycling, to hold our international unveiling”, said Enzo Panacci, Nolangroup CEO, who added, "Asalways, it has been produced with the assistance of our Racing Department, which collected suggestions from various riders from both MotoGP and Superbike. Precious advice that allowed us to create a helmet capable of improving on our X-802RR, a racing model already considered by many as being one of the best available on the market”.
During the presentation, Carmelo Ezpeleta, CEO of Dorna Sports, issued a brief statement: “I am very happy that Nolangroup, a 100% Italian company, has chosen the paddock here at Misano for the worldwide launch of its X-LITE X-803 ULTRACARBON MotoGP helmet. The riders have also shown their appreciation, like Danilo Petrucci, who said "It was difficult to improve on a perfect helmet like the X-802RR. Instead, Nolangroup'stechnicians have been able todo a fantastic job, perfecting it further. I can't wait touse itin competition in 2018”.
The X-803 model and its most exclusive ULTRA CARBON version will be available at the best Nolangroup retailers from November, in its MotoGP colour way,as well asin many other graphics.
