A good weekend for the Nolan riders in the China GP. Stoner achieved third place in the MotoGP, though he had hoped for a better result, or at least to compete with the first two. Unfortunately the change in weather conditions had a negative impact on the overall performance of his motorbike and tyres. Excellent fifth place for Marco Melandri, who was able to battle for the high qualifying positions thanks to a motorbike configuration which was, finally, to his liking. Also worthy of note in the MotoGP is Lorenzo's excellent 4th place with the X-lite helmet. Stoner is now ranked fourth and Melandri eleventh. In the 125 class, Olive achieved sixth place, remaining second in the World championship standings. The next event is at Le Mans on 18/5.
