Danilo Carlo Petrucci is  born in Terni on October 24th, 1990. At the age of eight years starts practicing minitrial riding a Beta and 1999 is already Italian Minitrial Champion.
The first experiences with a race bike between 2006 and 2007 first riding an Honda then participating in the Yamaha Throfy closing 2nd.
In 2008 and 2009 he take part in the European Championship Superstock 600 closing the second season with 3 wins and 4 pole positions.
Joined by the IMF to represent Italy at the European Championship in 2009, he wins the title of European Junior Stock 1000 Champion.
In 2010 Danilo Petrucci participates  the Superstock 1000 FIM Cup
In 2011 season gains 10 pole positions, 9 wins and 12 podium, and finishes runner up in the World Stock 1000, 2 points behind the winner.
In 2012 the call from MotoGP Team Came Ioda Racing Project. In 2015 Petrux joins the Pramac Racing Team and his Motogp season is awesome as he endeu up 10th (113 points) in MotoGp final classification obtaining a stunning 2nd place in British Gp at Silverstone.
