Portimao, Portugal: two 4th places for Checa and a wonderful win for Badovini. Another great race for a revitalised Carlos Checa during the second Round of the Superbike World Championships. At the Portimao circuit in Portugal, our Spanish rider, wearing his X-lite X-802, takes two 4th placings in both races, thus maintaining third position in the Championship. Of course, if his Ducati had been as fast as his competitors’ bikes the podium would have been possible! Also, a wonderful win in Superstock 1000 for our X-lite rider Ayrton Badovini who wins the first race of the Superstock Championship. Other good results for the other X-lite supported riders include; Bussolotti (5th place) and Petrucci (9th place).
